The Society was established in 1949 as The de Villiers Foundation. In 2000, the Society changed its name from The Leukemia Society of America to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to emphasize its commitment to fighting all blood cancers. Today, the Society supports the following major programs: research, patient services, public and professional education, advocacy and community services. ACT NOWRegistration Information is available at www.csa-sailing.org The event is May 25-27, at Carlyle Sailing Association, in cooperation with Carlyle Yacht Club, Boulder Yacht Club and Tradewinds Yacht Club. To date we've raised over $250,000, this is our seventh event. The 4 clubs get together to organize the event, and it's hosted by Carlyle sailing association, www.csa-sailing.org. The event chairpersons are Rick Bernstein and Stacey Zerban. Associate chairman is Bonnie DiMercurio. The regatta is organized in conjunction with the Gateway Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, directed by Judy Swiecicki. Event schedule:
